Lunch: Green Smoothie Bowl topped with Cranberries, Cereal and Chocolate Chips
Yummy smoothie bowl I made that can compliment any breakfast, lunch or snack when you need to increase your vegetable intake. Whenever I'm struggling to eat the recommended amount of vegetables/greens, I opt for a green smoothie. It's an acquired taste to many, so you can definitely tweak it to your preferences, but I enjoyed half of this around lunch and the other half before dinner. I love dried cranberries and cereal as toppings and I added chocolate chips to sweeten the smoothie.
