Grilled Veggies, Feta and Bacon
Quick and light dinner recipe.
Ingredients
- 4 bell peppers (any color you'd like)
- 4 oz feta cheese
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 30 asparagus
- 8 slices bacon (pre-cooked)
- 2 tsp vegetable spices
Instructions
1. Wash and cut peppers in halves and place on a tray. 2. Cut cubes of feta and put 2-3 in each half of a pepper. 3. Season with spices and drizzle with olive oil (3 tsp).
4. Lay washed asparagus on another tray and add a layer of bacon on top of them, in the opposite direction.
Note: Can intertwine asparagus with bacon directly if it is desired. 5. Again, garnish with spices and a little bit of olive oil (1 tsp)
