Lunch: Spinach, Cheese and Salsa Quesadilla
Quick, simple lunch I made which can basically be altered into any type of quesadilla you'd like! This awesome appliance was found in the US for a really low cost but after a quick search, I found it (here) and similar ones (here) and (here). This machine is super useful and can even be used to make a breakfast version (salty or sweet...get creative!).
