Breakfast: Greek Yogurt, Berries, Bananas and Nutella
Awesome breakfast I had this morning. I was at Cacao 70 a couple weeks ago and there dessert selection is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, the calorie count makes it impossible to eat there often therefore I made my own sweet, healthy breakfast, inspired by their dishes.
Simple to make: cut up any fruits you'd like, add 3/4 cup of greek yogurt and heat a teaspoon of Nutella in the microwave for ~45 seconds in order to melt it completely. I heat the Nutella so that I can use such a little amount and spread it over my whole bowl. Nutella isn't the healthiest option but it definitely satisfies a sweet craving! I have also tried this recipe with melted peanut butter and bananas and with the addition of granola.
