Dinner: Chicken and Veggie Teriyaki Stir Fry
Cut up any vegetables you have in your fridge mixed in with some light teriyaki sauce (2 tablespoons is approximately 40 cals) and pieces of chicken breast for an easy and healthy stir fry. White rice is not the healthiest side but half a cup once in a while isn't so bad. This was such a quick, tasty meal and if you make extra, store it well to prepare more meals for the next few days.

Thanks for sharing this recipe, I hope that I can find those ingredients in the market because I think those are not easy to find. And if possible, I will try to add my recipe for stir fry sauce on this recipe.
