Perfect meal after a long weekend away from home and all my healthy food. Feels so good to get back on track and this meal was delicious! Its so hard to mess up scrambled eggs but in case anyone was wondering I cooked the garlic and spinach for about a minute or until the spinach began to melt before adding the egg whites and spices. Served on top of a piece of healthy bread makes for a great half sandwich.
