Lunch: Spinach and Chicken Pita Pizza
Very simple recipe I make when I want to eat a quick, light lunch in the afternoon to avoid spoiling my appetite for dinner but also satisfying as a meal. I love cheese but to keep up with my new regime, I avoid large quantities of it and as you can see 2 tsp is more then enough.
Also, notice how low in calorie SALSA is!?! I realized that fact a few months ago and soon discovered that it can be topped on almost everything. Homemade salsa is even better!
So. When you feel like pizza, skip the restaurants and make this easy and tasty one on a pita so you can control the portions of cheese, meat and bread (especially).
