Woke up this morning at 8am, after a fun night out with some friends, feeling the need to work out. I find after a long night / not much sleep the best thing to do is to take it easy, get outside, stay hydrated and do as much as you can. Turned into an hour and a half walk around my neighbourhood! Not strenuous but still better then staying in bed til noon!
Take an hour to be active today!
